This year, ESPN, Fox, and Warner Bros. Discovery will introduce a sports streaming service

We have some great news for sports enthusiasts. Reportedly, three platforms are going to offer sports streaming services this year in the United States. The concerned companies are ESPN, Fox, and Warner Bros. Discovery. According to the details, the three companies are going to offer the new service in the fall of this year.

In addition to access to linear sports networks from these companies, such as ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, SECN, ACCN, ESPNEWS, ABC, FOX, FS1, FS2, BTN, TNT, TBS, truTV, and ESPN+, this platform will feature sporting events from networks owned by the three companies, such as NFL, NBA, WNBA, MLB, NHL, NASCAR, College Sports, UFC, PGA TOUR Golf, Grand Slam Tennis, the FIFA World Cup, and Cycling.

The press release suggests that the details of the name and price of the new streaming service will be shared by three companies later this year. The new streaming service will come as a separate app. Additionally, subscribers will be able to use Disney+, Hulu, and/or Max to access it. It’s also important to note that each business will hold a third of the service.

Well, this is such a great piece of news for sports fans. Sadly, it is not an all-in-one package since it lacks several sporting events like Major League Soccer (owned by Apple), NFL (owned by Paramount), Sunday Night Football (owned by NBC), and Football (owned by Amazon). We will update our readers with further details once they are available.
