US Court Orders To Stop Sanctions On Xiaomi

At the beginning of February, the Chinese company Xiaomi announced that it would file a lawsuit against the US sanctions that start under the Trump administration. Now there is the first judgment – a court has stopped the sanctions.

  • Huawei Technologies Co.
  • ZTE Corp.
  • Hytera Communications Corp.
  • Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co.
  • Dahua Technology Co.

According to the statement, these companies are classified as an unacceptable risk to US national security or to the security and protection of US people. The statement said, “This list” is a big step in restoring confidence in our communications networks,” said FCC Acting Chairman Jessica Rosen worcel.
