Vivo V30 Pro is now official with Zeiss optics

Vivo has officially debuted the Vivo V30 and V30 Pro in the Indonesian market. The two phones are modified versions of the Chinese Vivo S18 and Vivo S18 Pro phones. Besides the Vivo X series, the Vivo V30 Pro is the company’s first smartphone to feature Zeiss optics. It accompanies a 50MP triple camera setup and a regular flashlight and soft light. Compared to the S18 Pro, the Vivo V30 Pro is powered by a less powerful MediaTek chipset. The rest of the specs are almost same.

Specification of the Vivo V30 Pro

Just like its predecessor, the Vivo V30 is a thin and light device. It weighs around 188g and measures 7.45mm in thickness. It features a 6.78-inch centered punch-hole curved AMOLED display with 452 PPI, a 10-bit color depth, a refresh rate of 210Hz, and 2800 x 1260 pixels (1.5K) resolution. Up to 2800 nits of local brightness, 1200 nits of global brightness, 300 Hz touch sampling rate, and 2160 Hz PWM dimming are supported by the screen. Beneath it is a fingerprint sensor as well.

The Vivo V30 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC. It is coupled with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It runs on Funtouch OS 14 based on Android 14. It features a triple camera setup comprising of a 50MP Sony IMX920 primary sensor with OIS support, a 50MP ultrawide unit with autofocus, and a 50MP 2x telephoto shooter. A 50MP selfie camera with autofocus can be found on the front.

Other connectivity features consist of WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GNSS, dual SIM, 5G, NFC, and USB 2.0. It packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 80W wired charging. It is available in two color options: Equatorial Green and Volcanic Black.
