Vodafone is expecting to offer 2,100 customer service jobs in the period of two years

The UK-based telecom giant Vodafone has announced 2,100 customer service jobs across the UK.

The £133.7 billion telecom company Vodafone has announced that in the next two years, the company would be offering 2,100 customer service jobs in the UK. These jobs would be rolled out in different areas of the UK.

2,100 Customer Service Jobs by Vodafone

The company has shared its plan of distributing these 2,100 jobs in different areas of the UK. The short list goes like this:

  • 800 jobs in Manchester
  • 150 jobs in Newark
  • 150 jobs in Stoke-on-Trent
  • 100 jobs in Glasgow
  • 600 jobs in Castle
  • 200 jobs in Scotland
  • 100 jobs in Cardiff

The company has invested £2 billion in the recent years to improve its network. Another £2 billion is expected to be invested in improving its customer services. With a big investment like this, Vodafone is expecting a provision of better service to its existing 18 million British users.

“Our ambition is to give our customers the best experience possible, providing an outstanding level of service and support as we continue to invest in building the biggest and best network in Britain,” in an interview said Nick Jeffery, CEO Vodafone, UK. “These new, skilled roles will make a real difference to our customers and a real difference to the communities that are the focus of our customer services investment.”
