With a 13-day battery life, the Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 arrived on the market

The successor to the Galaxy Fit 2, the Galaxy Fit 3 is now officially available. Notably, Samsung debuted the Galaxy Fit 2 in 2020. The new version of the fitness tracker features a big display and a big battery that can provide a battery life of 13 days. Let us have a closer look at the specifications and features of the Galaxy Fit 3.

Specifications and features of the Samsung Galaxy Fit 3

The display of the Galaxy Fit 3 measures 1.57 inches. It is an AMOLED display. Interestingly, it can be customized with 100+ watch faces. Users can access these watch faces through the Galaxy Wearable app. It comes with several health and fitness features like monitoring of heart rate, sleep tracking, and exercises. The health data is accessible on a paired device via the Samsung Health app. Sensors like gyroscope and accelerometer can be found on this device. It has no support for GPS connectivity.

Currently, there is no official word regarding the battery of the Galaxy Fit 3. However, the company claims that with a complete charge, the device can offer a battery life of 13 days with normal usage. Some previous reports claim that the Galaxy Fit 3 packs a 208mAh battery. The Galaxy Fit 2, on the other hand, comes with a 1.1-inch AMOLED display and a 159mAh battery.

The features like a remote camera, fall detection, Do Not Disturb mode, find my phone, emergency SOS, and Sleep mode are available on the Fit 3. It has no microphone or speaker; therefore, it lacks the support for voice calls. The device is IP68 and 5ATM-rated for dust and water resistance. It features an aluminum chassis armed with a silicone strap. It offers 256 x 402 pixels and 302 ppi pixel density support display. The Fit 3 comes with 16 MB of RAM, and 256 MB of storage. Sadly, users can’t install third-party apps.

Price and availability of the Samsung Galaxy Fit 3

The Galaxy Fit 3 will eb available in different markets like Asia, Central America, South America, and Europe. The sales will begin from Feb. 23. There is no word about the pricing yet. It comes in different colors like Gray, Silver, and Pink Gold.
