Xiaomi 12 Is Not Coming On December 9th

We already know Xiaomi is releasing the Xiaomi 12 series this month (at least one from the series). We don’t have an exact date but have heard it will come at Xiaomi’s launch event. The latest rumor suggested the company will unleash the beast on December 9th. However, the company says otherwise.

A fake message appeared just recently claiming the company will officially unveil the series at 10 o’clock on December 9, 2021. Following that, Wang Hua, head of the Public Relations of Xiaomi Group, announced that it wasn’t from the company, the date isn’t official. But he didn’t disclose the exact official date.

About the Xiaomi 12 Series

According to the little we know about the series, at least one of the models from the series will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. The powerful flagship is built on a 4nm process and has an octa-core.

Some reports claim the Pro model from the series will feature a 2K large screen, a 100W fast charging support, a 5x ultra-telephoto lens, and will run MIUI 13. In the camera department, the Xiaomi 12 series may have two sets of imaging solutions.

Some reports also claim that Xiaomi will unveil Xiaomi 12X, 12, and 12 Pro at the upcoming launch event. The date is likely to be December 12, 2021.
