Xiaomi is all set to unveil its next flagship i.e., Xiaomi 13 Ultra. Previously, some rumors indicated that the device would unveil on April 18. Now, it is confirmed the company will officially unveil the latest flagship on April 18.
Well, the interesting part of this launch event is that it won’t be introduced in the Chinese market only rather it will be released internationally. It is clear that the CEO of the company is fulfilling his promise by making the smartphone available outside China. Do note that the launch event will be live-streamed.
Design and specs of Xiaomi 13 Ultra
As per the leaked information, the smartphone will be accompanied by a curved display as well as a curved backplate. Additionally, Xiaomi 13 Ultra will feature a circular camera island on the back. It houses four cameras. Interestingly, all four cameras would have Lecia Lenses. Furthermore, some sources suggest that the company will add a periscope telephoto camera on the new flagship. Some rumors also claim that the main camera of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra could even feature a variable aperture.
The smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The display will measure 6.73 inches. It is the same as the Xiaomi 13 Pro. It will also feature a 120Hz curved display, LPDDR5X RAM, and UFS 4.0 flash storage. Xiaomi 13 Ultra will be accompanied by a 4,900mAh battery. It will have support for 90W wired, and 50W wireless charging. It will come with Android 13 out of the box as well as MIUI 14 skin. The device is IP68 certified.
