Xiaomi 14 series might arrive earlier
Last year, Xiaomi debuted the Xiaomi 13 series in December in China. The smartphone series went for a global launch months after its initial release. According to a new report, it is anticipated that the Xiaomi 14 series might arrive sooner than expected.
The Xiaomi 14 series might arrive earlier
A famous tipster named Digital Chat Station shared that the Xiaomi 14 series might arrive a month earlier than the previous year. The information indicates that the series might arrive as soon as early November. The source of the tip seemed confident in this. In China, November 11 is known as “Double 11,” a significant shopping day also known as Singles’ Day. According to rumors, Xiaomi intends to release the phones ahead of schedule because the Xiaomi 13 series is so popular with consumers.
Well, it might happen given the fact that Qualcomm will be releasing the next-gen Snapdragon chips earlier this year i.e., on October 24. If this happens, we might see the Xiaomi 14 series as early as first week of November. Interestingly, the Xiaomi 14 series will be the first to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.
The Xiaomi 14 phones will receive a new primary camera
The upcoming Xiaomi 14 series might not be too different from the Xiaomi 13 series. However, some rumors indicate that the upcoming series will debut with a new main camera sensor. Reportedly, they might feature a 50MP 1/1.28-inch camera. This information refers to the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro, not the Ultra model that is expected to arrive later.
Reports suggest that the Xiaomi 14 will be powered by a 4,860mAh battery with support for 50W wireless charging. On the other hand, the Pro model will feature a 5,000mAh battery with support for 120W wired and 50W wireless charging. Both devices might feature a 120Hz display and some other high-end specs. Currently, there are not many details about the upcoming series. Of course, the smartphone will come with Leica lenses and some camera software.
