Slowly and gradually the company is learning and introducing new stuff with Netflix Games. Although it is not a proper gaming platform, it is quite different from others. A user with an active Netflix account can download a few exclusive games from the Google Play Store or the iOS App Store. Besides this, the company has acquired several studios for the purpose of creating games. In 2022, Netflix and Ubisoft partnered to work on an exclusive Assassin’s Creed game.

Netflix Games will now be available on more platforms

Currently, users can only access Netflix games on mobile devices and tablets. As per the recent announcement by the company, Netflix Games will now be available on more platforms. It means that users can play games on their computers with a mouse and keypad.

In addition to this, the company declares that Netflix Games will be supported on selected smart TVs like Google Chromecast devices, Roku TVs, LG TVs, Amazon Smart TVs, Samsung TVs, Nvidia Shield TVs, and Walmart ONN TVs. It appears that Netflix wants to give the impression that its gaming platform is a real one. If this encourages additional people to jump aboard, only time will tell.
