This new Android version would enable the users to hear the notification sound once per second and a notification dot displaying the preview of the notification. This notification dot is an indicator that some activity is up in the app, as stated by the VC of Android Engineering—Dave Burke.

Google is also launching its Picture-in-Picture mode which would be allowing users to watch a video while using other applications. Once the video is finished it could be swiped away.

The logo initially was like an Oreo but now it looks like a cookie with hidden Easter eggs.

This new version of Android would initially be rolling out to Google’s Nexus and Pixel devices and then would be available for other Android devices. No date has been provided so far that when the Samsung gadgets would be getting this update.
