A 21-year-old man killed himself while playing PUBG

It has been reported by the Indian media that a 21-year-old man has committed suicide in Uttar Pradesh state of India while playing one of the most popular mobile games PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG).

According to the media reports, the deceased was identified as Shivam, who was living in Kanpur district of Uttar Pradesh and he hanged himself while playing PUBG.

Shivam, who originally belonged to Gonda district, was an Information Technology (IT) graduate who traveled to Kanpur to look for a job and was living with her grandmother at her house when he took the drastic step.

According to the details, the family members of the deceased claimed that he was addicted to PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) and used to play the online mobile game for hours on his smartphone.

The family members claimed that Shivam was playing PUBG in his room so they never knew when he hanged himself from the ceiling fan after which the called the police.

On the other hand, the post-mortem report had confirmed that Shivam has died of suicide.
