Amazon shows the trailer for the last season of the sci-fi series

The fourth season of the sci-fi comedy series Upload will start on Prime Video in a few days. It will also be the last season that will bring the crazy story around a virtual sky to graduate. The trailer delivers a foretaste of what fans expect in the final.

Two worlds are in danger

Actually, it sounds very nice: Upload plays in a state -of -the -art future in which life on earth all only has conceivable technological amenities. In addition, after death, one’s own consciousness is simply uploaded to a digital beyond. The focus of the series is the programmer Nathan Brown (played by Robbie Amell), who one day awakens in Lakeview and is looking for the cause of his death. In addition, he has to deal with some other problems that the new virtual world brings with it. In the fourth season, a sensitive AI now gets out of control and threatens not only to destroy Lakeview, but also the real world. Nathan, Nora, will therefore have to work together again to save two worlds from the downfall.

Last upload on August 25th

With only four episodes, the fourth season of upload is significantly shorter than the previous seasons. At least fans no longer have to be patient, because all four episodes will appear on Prime Video worldwide on August 25, 2025. In addition to Robbie Amell as Nathan Brown, Andy Allo as Nora, Kevin Bigley as Luke, Allegra Edwards as Ingrid, Zainab Johnson as Aleesha and Owen Daniels as Ai Guy. Upload is based on an idea of Greg Daniels and started in 2020 on Amazon’s streaming platform. Daniels also works as a producer with Howard Klein and Maxwell Vivian.
