Apple: Latest Leaks Reveal iPhone 12 Massive Body And Brand New Design

A massive new leak from Max Weinbach and the YouTube channel EverythingApplePro has given us our most detailed look at Apple’s upcoming and brand new iPhone 12 concept yet. It should be noted that Weinbach has in the past provided reliable details on upcoming iPhone models. For example, last year, Weinbach correctly announced that Apple would be adding a dedicated night mode option to the iPhone 11. And while rumors about Apple may often be a dime a dozen, this new report about the iPhone 12 is particularly plausible.

Now, it’s no secret that over the years, iPhone design hasn’t changed all too much. Currently, the new iPhone — with its rounded edges — does not look substantially different from the iPhone 6 launched in 2014. And while it’s a good concept it’s certainly time for something new and fresh. The iPhone 12 design will feature flatter edges to that end and will be more reminiscent of the iPhone 5. According to the fresh leaks, the iPhone 12 would basically look like a smaller version of Apple’s new iPad Pro models.

Weinbach states that the above design is currently 70 percent complete, which means that by the time Apple officially unveils the product we will see some minor modifications. Specifically, camera module size and positioning might not be exactly the way it appears here. Notice, however, that the camera lenses do not protrude as much in comparison to the latest iPhone 11 Pro models themselves. The camera module on the back will also be slightly bigger, and will have a LIDAR sensor on the bottom right as previously reported.

The iPhone 12 Pro Max is slightly bigger and wider than the iPhone 11 Pro Max, size-wise. However, the monitor to body ratio is higher for smaller bezels. The bezels on the iPhone 12 Pro Max are especially .9 mm thinner.

The Apple iPhone 12 has all the markers of a blockbuster, but the real question is when will the masterpiece hit shelves.
