Asus ROG Phone 5 Will Run On Android 11

Asustek confirmed the arrival of the next generation ROG mobile phone at the Snapdragon 888 chip summit in December 2020. Although the name of the next flagship phone is not revealed, this phone is likely to be ROG Phone 5 (tentative). 

It has now appeared on the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology China and has released key specifications and pictures.

An ASUS 5G mobile phone with ASUS_I005DA model appeared on the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology China. The size of this phone is 172.834×77.252×10.29mm, if it is true, its thickness will exceed ROG Phone 3 (9.85 mm).

On the front of the device, you can see the dual speakers. There are no “punch-holes” on the screen, but there is a selfie camera in the upper right corner. There are power and volume buttons on the right and a dual SIM card slot on the left.

As for the specifications, information from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology shows that it is equipped with a 6.78-inch OLED screen, a 6000mAh battery, and runs Android 11. Other expected specifications include at least 144Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 888 chip, 65W charging, 64 megapixels main camera, etc.
