The successor to the Tecno Camon 20 series, the Camon 30 series is apparently under works. There is no information regarding the official launch. However, the smartphones were recently spotted on two certification platforms. Let us uncover some of the specs of the upcoming mid-range smartphones.
The Camon 30 with model number CL6 was spotted in UAE’s TRDA certification and FCC certification platform. It appears to be an entry level 4G LTE member of the Camon 30 series. According to the certification, it will pack a 5,000mAh battery. The battery specs and charging speeds of other members of the upcoming Camon 30 series were listed on company’s website under the Declaration of Conformity listing.
The Camon 30 comprises of the Camon 30, Camon 30 5G, Camon 30 Pro 5G, and the Camon 30 Premier 5G. These carry the model numbers CL6, CL7, CL8, and CL9 respectively. According to the Declaration of Conformity listing, the Camon 30 5G and Camon 30 Pro 5G will be powered by the same 5,000mAh battery pack as the Camon 30.
Reports suggests that the smartphones will arrive with a U700TKA power adapter with support for 70W wired fast charging. In January, the the Tecno Camon 30 Premier gained TUV certification. Last year, in December, the Camon 30 Premium was spotted on the Bluetooth SIG, Geekbench, and EEC platforms. It means that the official announcement won’t take much longer.
