Foodpanda, an international food delivery service has upgraded its app and website to provide a much better user-friendly interface and a feature to track the order in real time.
As per the sources, the new look and visual identification from a distance are targeted at making value and impact in the ever-growing food delivery services industry.
Panda is the brand’s symbol, it has retained its position at the front but has been squeezed into a flattering and more appealing contemporary look. Though, it still looks very cute.
Julian Dames—Global CMO of Foodpanda said that the firm is happy with the development and is excited to install this refreshed brand image and to expand the new pink color throughout different markets.
He added that this development indicates that a new era has begun and also it makes Foodpand’s team stand out on the streets of various cities they cover.

The updated Foodpanda app and website would offer multiple new features along with a user-friendly interface.
Customers would be provided with all the delivery related time details from dish preparation to the availability of rider till the final time to reach the desired location. Every minute is counted and reported.
A live tracking feature has also been introduced by the firm, which enables the users to track their orders in real time as they are on route from the restaurant to their respective doorsteps.
Dames further added that this new design would also be providing the company an opportunity to take better care of its riders in terms of safety. The costumes are water resistant, lightweight and eye-catching.
There is also some reflective material added to the uniforms of the riders to make them more noticeable on the streets.
