Huawei Could Soon Introduce its Own Smart Tag

Huawei could be working on a smart tracking device. If it stands true, the company could be the third after Apple and Samsung to launch such a smart gadget.

According to reports, Huawei is calling it the S-Tag. The source further mentioned that Huawei submitted an application to register the name on October 28 with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

The tag ‘Nice classes’ from the image above gives this device 9, 10, 14 (Nice Classification), which means this device belongs to smart gadget’s category. This category includes smartwatches, smartglasses, smart rings, wearable activity trackers, data processing apparatus, etc.

According to one source, the listing site didn’t mentioned an “electroncin tag” category, which means the S-Tag could be another smart gadget but a smart tag. So that leaves us in darkness. But we at least know Huawei is workig on a new smart gadget that could be called the Huawei S-Tag.
