Microsoft Teams Error: Screen sharing issues on macOS

Black windows, cancellations and blocked transmissions: Microsoft Teams is currently driving Apple users crazy. Incorrect memory management paralyzes screen sharing. Fortunately, there is already a final fix for this.

Black screens in Teams

Microsoft Teams users on Apple computers are reporting issues with screen sharing. When sharing the desktop, the image remains partially black and the transfer stops or does not start. This makes collaboration in virtual meetings more difficult. The error mainly occurs on systems with high memory usage or almost full memory. Microsoft has confirmed the problem and is working on help for users. Apple has not yet commented.
