Missed call will be more visible now on WhatsApp

WhatsApp is among the top messaging apps, but it still lags in terms of features in comparison with Telegram. Although the app is trying quite hard to catch up in those terms, Features like GIF autoplay and an optimizing update for tablets are much-needed updates to be introduced to the platform. These features are already being worked on with the beta update, and they’ll be available to the public soon. Along with these, there’s also another update being introduced to the platform on WhatsApp beta for Android v2.23.10.4 related to how missed calls are viewed by people.
As per information via WABetaInfo, the latest update will highlight the missed call in red. And if the contact is unsaved, it’ll highlight the number in red. This latest amendment will be available to every contact; however, this update was already working on the iPhone version of the app, so it’s not a major one.
Other than that, this feature’s visibility might be limited even if you are one of the beta users of WhatsApp or even if you have installed the latest version of the app. Although this will be gradually launched for beta testers before it makes its way to a stable channel within the coming weeks,
This will not make any difference to how we use the app. Although there are other major updates that have been introduced lately, including multi-phone support, adding security to individual chats, and adding additional context while you are forwarding a message or media, Along with these, the platform also allows its users to save disappearing messages.
