The Shia community all around the world mourn because of the martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Hussain, the grandson of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) on these dates. They go out in huge numbers to remember the sacrifices of Hazrat Imam Hussain for Muslim community. The reason for such tight security and mobile phone suspension is that due to so much activity on these days, the country becomes vulnerable to any kind of attacks. To control the risk of an attack, mobile phones services are suspended in these days.
