Nvidia Mobile RTX 40 GPU Details Leaked

Thanks to a Romanian retailer, the upcoming next-gen GeForce RTX 40 laptop lineup, including the flagship RTX 4090, is now confirmed. It lists an enthusiast gaming notebook that has Nvidia’s new GPU family on board.

Details are confirmed

Rumors and reports about the GeForce RTX 40 laptop lineup have been around for a long time. According to Wccftech, the leaker Momomo_US has now discovered several entries in a Romanian online shop that seems to confirm previous information. The retailer’s system includes the HP Omen 17 gaming notebook, which is clearly aimed at enthusiasts with gaming demands. In addition to the 13th generation Intel Raptor Lake HX CPUs, the device can be equipped with a range of RTX 40 series laptop GPUs.

The configuration Momomo_US uncovered here has an Intel Core i7-13700HX CPU, a 17.3-inch display with QHD or FHD options, and up to 32GB of DDR5 memory on board. Customers are then offered the choice of four RTX 40 GPUs for the graphics card. Of course, the top model gets the RTX 4090, equipped with 16 GB of memory. This is followed by the RTX 4080 with 12 GB, the GeForce RTX 4070 with 8 GB, and the RTX 4060 also with 8 GB.

As Wccftech mentions, the dealer also provides the prices here, showing what range you can expect. The model with the smallest configuration, the HP Omen 17 with 13700HX, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB storage, and RTX 4060 costs the equivalent of 2100 euros. The top device with the same CPU, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB memory, and RTX 4090 will then cost the equivalent of 3830 euros.

Starts at the end of January

The timetable for Nvidia is thus practically confirmed. Intel will announce the Raptor Lake-H mobility CPU series at CES in early 2023. It will probably also introduce some of the upcoming laptops that use the Raptor Lake-H and RTX 40 series. According to an analysis by Wccftech, the first devices should be released at the end of January.
