Realme is soon bringing the Realme GT2 series to China. In fact, the duo will come to the country on Jan. 4 in the country. The series consists of two models – Realme GT2 and Realme GT2 Pro. The Pro model is most definitely the company’s most premium flagship phone, and the company has just confirmed some of its details.
According to the poster released by Realme, the GT2 Pro is equipped with an OIS-assisted 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera. It is the company’s first smartphone to feature OIS support. Though not confirmed, the second rear camera is also a 50MP camera, offering an industry-first 150-degree field-of-view. According to the source, the GT2 Pro is the “world’s first smartphone to feature a Fisheye mode that produces an ultra-long depth-of-field effect for creative photography.”
The third camera is a 2MP sensor with a microscope camera, which has upgraded the depth of field by 4 times and the object distance by nearly 2 times.
Previously, we also heard that the Realme GT2 Pro will feature a paper-like material on the rear side, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, pack a QHD+ screen and come with 12GB RAM and 1TB of storage onboard. The rest of the details will follow soon, either before the release or after its release.
