In January the time has finally come: the Galaxy S21 FE (Fan Edition) is finally coming onto the market after months of back and forth. Now the last new model of the S21 series is shown again in advance and makes it clear that Samsung scores above all with the price.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has been haunted by the rumor mill for more than half a year. Actually, the device should have been on the market long ago to give the S21 series another boost in terms of sales figures before the end of the year and, as a “Fan Edition”, especially the friends of Samsung’s latest series of top smartphones with a comparatively happy price.
Galaxy S21 FE was In doubts
Due to the chip crisis, changed internal priorities, and production problems in every nook and cranny, the launch was postponed further and further. The S21 FE appeared at a retailer before the launch in January, after an almost infinite number of marketing materials already being distributed to network operators and retailers, especially in the USA, and the availability of the first spare parts in stores There were tons of “leaks” around the phone.
We now have, among other things, some high-resolution official marketing images of Samsung’s flagship economy with full HD resolution, which is equipped with a 6.4-inch OLED panel. The listing also confirms that at least in version SM-G990E, the Samsung Exynos 2100 known from the S21 and its sister models sold in the EU actually does its job with a maximum clock rate of 2.9 gigahertz. There is talk of eight gigabytes of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of internal flash memory.
There are also more specific prices, with the equivalent of just under 660 euros for the basic version. If you want to double the internal flash memory to 256 GB, you have to pay a little more for it, so that the S21 FE in this version is listed for the equivalent of a good 705 euros. For Europe, we can assume prices of 649 and 699 euros, depending on which storage variant you choose.
