Samsung Galaxy S21 FE Landed on Google’s AR Core Support Website

Samsung is prepping to release the Galaxy S21 FE (Fan Edition). The device recently landed on Google’s AR Core support website hinting to release soon.

For some years, Samsung has been adding a new layer of devices to their flagships. These devices usually come with high-end hardware but are more affordable than the original series. The company distinguishes such devices as ‘Fan Edition’.

The latest Fan Edition smartphone is the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. The device recently landed on Google’s AR Core support website. Though the company did not disclose its release date, we hope to see it in October. In fact, we previously heard that this device would come on October 29th.

There are rumors suggesting that this model might come in two options:

  1. Exynos 2100
  2. Snapdragon 888

We aren’t sure which market would get the Snapdragon variant and which would get the other one.

We also heard that this device would feature an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, IP 68 water and dust resistance, a high refresh rate screen, wireless charging, Samsung Pay, Wireless DeX, and Dolby Atmos.

Including the Galaxy S21 FE, devices that were added to Google’s list included:

  • Infinix Mobile Zero X Neo
