Samsung Releases the Galaxy A03 Core in Some Regions

Today, Samsung released the Galaxy A03 Core, which is the newest member of the Galaxy A series. It’s a budget-friendly smartphone with useful features.

Don’t confuse the Galaxy A03 Core with the Galaxy A3. Both are different in design and specs. The A03 Core comes with a 6.5-inch LCD with an HD+ resolution of 1,600 x 720 pixels. The front panel sports the low-end-esque waterdrop notch design. The front panel has a top-centered cutout with a 5MP front-facing camera. As quoted from a source, it has “slightly thick bezels on the sides and a thick chin at the bottom.”

Under its hood, there sits the octa-core processor “with four ARM Cortex-A55 cores clocked at up to 1.6GHz and four ARM Cortex-A55 cores clocked at up to 1.2GHz.” It has the Unisoc SC9863A SoC paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. These specs are a clear indication that this is a mid-range device. The device runs Android 11 out of the box with One UI 3.1 on top.

At the back panel, there’s only a single 8MP camera with LED flash. The device is powered by a hefty 5000mAh battery, as previously predicted. Other notable features on this Samsung smartphone include 2 nano-SIM cards, a micro SD card, a 3.5mm jack, Bluetooth support, and GPS. The device is offered in three color options – black and blue. It measures 164.2 x 75.9 x 9.1 mm.

As the device just got released, we don’t have its price details. We expect Samsung to release its prices as soon as possible so users may rush to acquire this mid-range Galaxy smartphone.
