Samsung Rolls Out October Patches For Galaxy S10 S20 And Note 10 Note 20

New updates at Samsung: as happens at the beginning of each new month, the South Korean manufacturer releases periodic security updates. In the last few hours, it has been the turn of the Galaxy S20 and Galaxy S10 families to update.

The new security updates correspond to builds  G97xFXXS9DTI8 and G98xxXXS5BTIJ for the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S20 series of smartphones respectively (excluding Galaxy S20 FE which is yet to receive the update). The update includes the Android security patches for October 2020 and no other software news. The updates described above are being distributed via OTA for the device families mentioned above. We assume the rollout will complete within the next few days.
