Vivo To Enter Europe With New Phones Soon

Vivo has expanded its business scope and announced that they will soon enter the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, and Spain, Vivo is all set to Enter Europe with new phones and flagships. Vivo demonstrated their first European product lineup in an online media briefing in Germany, especially hoping to win new fans in new sales areas with the help of Vivo X51 5G.

The specifications of this flagship phone are almost the same as the miniature gimbal camera of the X50 Pro, which can greatly enhance the stability of maintaining photos and videos. The main difference between the two is that the X51 5G system software is customized for the European market

In addition to the new flagship, Vivo will make its European debut through a series of mid-range smartphones, including Y70/Y20s and Y11s, and will release two wireless headsets that support Google Assistant in the region. The first is True Wireless Stereo Earphone Neo with AI noise reduction function, and the other is Vivo’s wireless sports earphone. The latter is specially designed for outdoor sports, so it has longer battery life.

Vivo said in a statement that its launch in Europe has been carefully prepared, including market research conducted by 9,000 people in the European region. Data from Counterpoint Research shows that Vivo has a considerable share of the global smartphone market and is the sixth-largest smartphone manufacturer in the world.

However, like other Chinese OEMs entering Europe, Huawei will also see Europe as a market that is expected to achieve greater growth. Part of the reason is that after Huawei entered the list of US entities, it was prohibited from providing Google services on its devices. It is forbidden to cooperate with other American companies. Before 2019, Huawei was already very popular in the European market, but sales in the region have declined. This year, Huawei can only re-release older devices that can still use Google services to prevent its sales from falling sharply.
