Vivo will launch the Vivo V21 5G via an online event, which could be watched on April 29 at 12 pm in India through the company’s official YouTube channel or other social media platforms.

The company might also introduce a Special Edition of the V21 5G smartphone – Vivo V21 SE and could be slightly down-toned compared to the Vivo V21 5G. This SE variant could bring the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor paired with 8GB of RAM and may have a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. According to a source, this phone could be a rebranded version of the iQOO U3, already available in China.

As far as we know about the V21 5G variant, it could be a Snapdragon 5G chipset or the MediaTek Dimensity based device. Some say it might come loaded with the latter’s Dimensity 800U processor.

Staying under the hood, we expect this handset will feature 8GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage, and a 4,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.

Coming to the display side, this smartphone might come with a 6.44-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display, offering HDR10+ support and 800nits peak brightness. It might also come with a 90Hz screen refresh rate.

Now to the camera. This device may have a triple-camera setup at the rear with a 64MP primary lens with OIS support, accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP macro shooter. On the other hand, Vivo has confirmed that this smartphone will come with a 44MP selfie camera. The company has also confirmed that it will offer some enhanced performance in low-light conditions, be equipped with a dual physical LED flash, and come with optical image stabilization for the selfie camera.

According to a source, the Vivo V21 5G may run on Android 11 with FunTouch OS on top of it, would be 7.29mm thick, weighing around 176 grams, and will be available in three colorways – Sunset Dazzle, Dusk Blue, and Arctic White.

Last but not the least; the price of the Vivo V21 5G. It is speculated that this phone might come with a price tag of Rs 23,000 to Rs 25,000 in India.
