It is pertinent to mention here that the feature did come up in the earlier updates as well. Now in the latest beta update more people would be able to view it.

After sending a message in a chat with this new update, there are more users that are able to view the contacts in the iOS share sheet. WABetaInfo, famous for tracking WhatsApp features said that this feature will work for the iOS 13.6 beta version users.

The feature also displays small contact bubbles of people or groups that are often contacted, messaged whenever a user tries to share anything on the Share Sheet of iPhone. This is similar to the bubbles in Facebook Messenger.
