WhatsApp’s latest feature, self-destructing audio messages is under process
It’s an era of social media, and sometimes some conversations lead to some sensitive information that could be used in another way later. WhatsApp already provides the facility to send messages that are self-destructive. In the latest update, WhatsApp is working on self-destructive voice messages. These messages will be listened to only once.
Self destructive Audio messages
WhatsApp is launching its latest update today. As per information from WABetaInfo, the latest version 2.23.7.8 will allow the users to only hear the voice messages before they disappear from the scene. Just as this feature works out for messages, these audio messages will also remain limited to being saved in chat only, other than any storage space on mobile devices.
This latest feature is in the process of development for now. We can’t really say when it will be out in application form. However, this feature is already available in the beta version of WhatsApp, so we have hope that it will be introduced to the normal version of the application quite soon.
WhatsApp has been active in introducing new features lately. There are many latest features that are under testing; disappearing groups is one of them. Furthermore, WhatsApp is not the only messaging app interested in disappearing content; Instagram, Messenger, and Signal are also testing out ephemeral content options.
Although, for the latest feature of disappearing audio messages, we can’t really say when it’ll be out. We can just hope that it’s rolled out soon.
