Xiaomi Mi 10 5G Gets Android 12 with MIUI 13

Xiaomi has started updating the Mi 10 5G to Android 12 with MIUI 13 worldwide.

Xiaomi usually takes longer than other manufacturers, such as Samsung and OPPO, to update your terminals with the latest Android versions and in this sense, we have just learned that the Chinese giant has finally begun to release the update to Android 12 in its flagship of the year 2020: the Xiaomi Mi 10 5G.

The specialized channel of Telegram MIUI Updates Tracker has recently published an entry in which he reveals that the global version of the Xiaomi Mi 10 5G is receiving Android 12 with MIUI 13. This new update comes with firmware version 13.0.4.0.SJBMIXM weighs 3.5 GB and includes the April 2022 security patch this is all that is included in the update to Android 12 with MIUI 13 on the Xiaomi Mi 10 5G.

This new software version has the global stable variant of MIUI 13 based on Android 12, which incorporates new features such as the new wallpapers (both static and dynamic)the new ecosystem of widgets with support for applications, the ability to open some apps as floating windows from the sidebar an improved accessibility mode for some native apps like Phone, Clock and Weather and general system stability improvements.

This update is rolling out to all international versions of the Xiaomi Mi 10 5G, which includes the models sold in Spain. If you haven’t received this update yet, don’t despair because you will receive it over the next few days.

How to update a Xiaomi mobile to the latest version of MIUI If you want to check if you already have it available, you simply have to access the section over the phone found in the menu of Settings and click on the option Upgrade system. In case you already have it available, you just have to click on the button Download update to update your phone with the latest Android security patch.
