[Exclusive] Infinix Zero 5G with Dimensity 900 and 120Hz Refresh Rate Display Launching Soon in India

Last month, Infinix, a Transsion holding, confirmed that it is working on its first 5G handset – Infinix Zero 5G. The handset has already been spotted on Google Play Console. Now, MySmartPrice has exclusively learnt that the Inifinix Zero 5G will soon launch in the Indian market, courtesy of industry sources. Our source also confirms that the Zero 5G will be powered by a Dimensity 900 processor. The handset will feature a Uni-curve design and offer a 120Hz refresh rate display.

Infinix Zero 5G: Design and Renders

Infinix Zero 5G will offer a bezel-less display with a punch-hole notch. The back panel of the device will house a triple rear camera setup and LED flash. The device will retail in atleast two colour options. The left edge of the handset will house the volume rockers. While, the right edge will make room for the power button which will also double as the fingerprint scanner.

Infinix Zero 5G: Rumoured Specifications

Last month, the design and the specifications of the upcoming Infinix handset were leaked in a hands-on video. The hands-on video revealed that the Zero 5G will offer a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1080 x 2460 pixel resolution. The display will also feature a centered punch hole notch to make room for the selfie shooter.
The Zero 5G will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor which comes with an integrated Mali G68 GPU. The Dimensity 900 is built on a 7nm fabrication process and brings with it 5G connectivity to the table.
The Zero 5G will offer a triple rear camera setup including a 48MP sensor. The handset is said to offer an ultra-wide-angle lens and a telephoto lens. However, the resolution and other information about these sensors aren’t known yet.
The Zero 5G might offer a 5,000mAh battery unit and 33W fast charging support. It is said to boot Android 11 with the company’s proprietary XOS skin on top.
