First Motorola Edge 2023 image shows us a familiar design

Motorola Edge 20 5G Series - Motorola Edge 20 Pro - Motorola Edge 20 5G - Motorola Edge 20 Lite

The very first Motorola Edge 2023 has just appeared. This latest device offers multiple renders, but eventually they seem like parts of the same image.

Motorola Edge 2023 indicates a Motorola Edge 40 rebrand

As per information extracted from images, we can see the device has a curved display. The device is displaying a thin breeze along with the camera role displayed in the center. All the physical keys of the device will be displayed on the left side of the device.

The back side of the device will also be curved, along with two cameras on the back in the same camera island. Camera Island will be displayed on the top-left corner of the device. The camera will be easily displayed on the back due to its protrusion. The logo of the device is displayed on the back.

It’ll have a glass or vegan leather back

The backplate’s composition is unknown; however, it could be either glass or vegan leather. We can’t be certain because the image is not sharp enough. The company will employ an under-display fingerprint scanner, as this image also suggests.

It appears that the Motorola Edge 2023 will be subpar to the Motorola Edge 40+. It appears that it will be a rebrand of the Motorola Edge 40. A 6.55-inch fullHD+ P-OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate is anticipated to be included in the phone.

The phone’s processing unit is the MediaTek Dimensity 8020 SoC. On the inside, Motorola will add 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. There may be more than one variation available.

In rumors, a 4,400mAh battery and 68W wired charging were also stated. Additionally, the phone is believed to support 15-watt wireless charging. On the back, there will be a 13-megapixel ultrawide camera and a 50-megapixel primary camera (OIS). The gadget will have Android 13 preinstalled.
