Samsung is soon releasing the Galaxy Tab S8 series. The series consists of three models – Tab S8, Tab S8+, and Tab S8 Ultra. We already have heard so much about the series, especially the base model and the Ultra model. However, the mid-tier tablet didn’t say much until now.

The Tab S8+ recently made it to several listing sites, including Geekbench, where it unveiled a few of its details. The first thing to say about this device is its model number – SM-X808U – which is certainly different from the rest and gives it a unique presence.

As listed on Geekbench, the site gave it a score of 1223 points in the single-core test, while it scored 3195 points in the multi-core test.

The Galaxy Tab S8+ is equipped with an octa-core processor. To be more precise, this device will come with Qualcomm’s latest flagship for smartphones – the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor.

The listing also confirmed that this device will come in at one memory configuration with 8GB of RAM. It will run Android 12 along with One UI out of the box.

In rumors, we heard the Galaxy Tab S8+ will flaunt a large 12.4-inch AMOLED display panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage, and two color options – Dark Gray and Silver. The device will also feature a powerful 10,090mAh battery and will be available both in the 5G as well as the WiFi-only variant.

That’s all we know about the Galaxy Tab S8+. We hope to hear more about the Samsung tab and the rest of its siblings soon.
