iPhone 15 Pro Max camera sensors revealed
Apple doesn’t reveal all the cards for its latest products; the same was the case for the iPhone 15. The battery capacities of the device were revealed following the launch, the same as for the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
iPhone 15 Pro max camera sensors revealed
Feiwel, a Chinese tipster, revealed all the information regarding the iPhone 15. The main camera on this device is a 48-megapixel Sony IMX803 unit. For ultra-wide cameras, a 13.4-megapixel Sony IMX633 sensor is used. Along with that, a 12.7-megapixel Sony IMX913 sensor is used for the telephoto camera. The 12-megapixel Sony IMX714 sensor is on the front, while the ToF camera on the back has a Sony IMX591 sensor.
However, the main camera sensor and the ultrawide camera sensor are both unaltered. The iPhone 14 Pro Max still uses the same ones. On the other hand, the telephoto lens is undoubtedly new. The Sony IMX713 was utilized by the iPhone 14 Pro Max.
A new telephoto sensor and tetraprism lens are featured on the iPhone 15 Pro Max
That is not surprising given that Apple combined a new camera sensor with the tetraprism lens it is utilizing to create the 5x optical zoom in the iPhone 15 Pro Max. That is not available on the iPhone 15 Pro.
The iPhone 15 series was launched at the start of this month; it came in with two regular and two ‘Pro’ units. Out of all, the iPhone 15 Pro Max is the most powerful of all. A Type-C USB connector is available on every model, a first for iPhones. The ‘Action Button’, which takes the place of the mute switch, is also included with the ‘Pro’ models. The ‘Pro’ models now use a titanium frame, and all models now also include a Dynamic Island. In addition to new features, the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus received updated cameras.
