Redmi 10 Reach Thailand’s NBTC and a Retailer’s Site

Redmi 10 secretly reached a retailer’s site, where we learned a lot about this smartphone.

Redmi 10

The Redmi 10 recently showed up on Thailand’s NBTC, where it received its relevant certification. And we know, when smartphones start receiving certifications, it means they will be out real soon. So we believe the same is about to happen with this Redmi smartphone.

This upcoming smartphone will be a g-supported smartphone. That’s the only information we received from NBTC. However, the device also visited a Singaporean retailer’s listings where we got a lot about this smartphone.

According to the retailer’s site, the Redmi 10 will come with the Helio G88 SoC clubbed with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The device would run Android 11-based MIUI 12.

On its display side, we learned that this device will have a 6.5-inch FHD+ 90Hz LCD, with a punch hole. This punch hole will accommodate the 8MP front selfie camera. On the rear, we will get a quad-camera setup – 50MP primary, 8MP ultrawide, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth units.

The smartphone will also feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The whole unit will generate its power from a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W charging.

The Redmi 10 listed on the Singaporean website had a price tag of SGD249 ($185/€155).
