Samsung is releasing a new mid-range phone with a MediaTek processor

The South Korean conglomerate is working on a new mid-range smartphone. Previously, the company introduced the Galaxy A14 5G, Galaxy A34 5G, Galaxy A54 5g, and Galaxy F54 5G in the affordable smartphone segment. As of now, the company is going to unveil the Galaxy M34 5G to the Indian market. Reports indicate that it is a modified version of the already available Galaxy A34 5G.

Teasers of the upcoming Galaxy M34 5G have appeared on Amazon. The advertisement includes a video that shows the features of the smartphone. Features of the Galaxy M34 5G

The image shared on Amazon reveals that the power button of the smartphone doubles as a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Besides this, tipster Abhishek Yadav has shared the details about the possible features of the upcoming mid-range smartphone. Yadav notes that the device will feature a 6.6-inch Super AMOLED display that will support 120Hz refresh rate as well as Full HD+ resolution.

The Galaxy M34 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 chipset. It is the same chipset that has been utilized in the Galaxy A34 5G. The smartphone will be based on Android 13 out of the box. the smartphone weighs 199g and is 8.2mm thin. Other connectivity features of the smartphone include Bluetooth 5.3, a USB 2.0 Type-C port, UFS 2.2 storage, 5G, and Wi-Fi 5.  The smartphone accompanies a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.

The camera setup consists of three cameras on the back. It includes a 48MP main camera accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 5MP (macro) camera. A 13MP selfie camera can be found on the front. For storage, the smartphone offers 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage.
