The prototype keyboard by Finalmouse revealed in a video

Are you familiar with Finalmouse?

If not, then don’t worry. This short piece will give you a brief introduction to the Finalmouse.

Finalmouse is a company that has been in the market for a few years. It has generated a huge following for its meticulously crafted and high-performing mice. The mice are in demand by consumers as well as professionals. However, if we talk about any one drawback to the company then it would be the limited releases. Sadly, the unlimited releases get sold in seconds. By the start of this year, the company teased a keyboard under developmental work. As of now, a video showcasing the prototype has surfaced on the internet. And this is something very intriguing as well as unique.

The information about the prototype was shared by Jake Lucy via Twitter. The video showed the keyboard along with some highly distinctive elements. Additionally, some snippets with the video were shared. According to the video, the keyboard will feature:

  • It will be self-powered via an integrated CPU and GPU
  • requires a single USB-C cable for operation
  • custom switch options
  • custom 2K / 4K display [for the presentation of custom graphics and animations]
  • graphics are powered by Unreal Engine 5 [directly accessible from Steam]
  • glass-stacked construction

Anything like this obviously outshines the other products available at this point. However, an official announcement about the device is to be made on December 17. The official tweet company lets the users share their comments so they could have an idea of what the community is expecting. Although they advised the users to be cautious with their speculations. Since the device is expected to be on an entirely different scale.

So let’s wait and see what the company has to offer this time. But for sure we will expect that the product will be available in bulk quantity and in addition, it will not cost too much to the consumers.
