In our previous news post, we shared the expected release date for the Galaxy Buds 2 along with other devices in August 2021. However, we are still uncertain what the exact date would be. We are also unsure if the company would really release these devices in August 2021.
According to one tip, we have an exact release date for the Galaxy Z Flip 3, Galaxy Z Fold 3, Galaxy Watch 4, and the Galaxy Watch Active 4, i.e., August 3rd. The company could also bring the Galaxy Buds 2 on this date. But again, these are just rumors. Nothing is said so far by the company.
We also heard previously that the company is not planning to release the Note series this year. That means much of the sales for the company’s smartphone line would depend on high-end devices like the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and the Galaxy Z Fold 3.
If the release date for these Galaxy devices stands true, we start gathering as much information about these devices as possible. So let’s review the Galaxy Z Flip 3, Galaxy Z Fold 3, Galaxy Watch 4, and Galaxy Watch Active 4 once again.
Galaxy Z Flip 3, Galaxy Z Fold 3, Galaxy Watch 4, and Galaxy Watch Active 4 – Specifications

For the Galaxy Z Fold 3, we could have a 6.2-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O cover display and a 7.5-inch Super AMOLED foldable display. It might have a 10MP selfie camera inside the cover and a 16MP under-display selfie camera. The device would be equipped with the Snapdragon 888 processor, up to 16GB RAM, and 256GB internal storage. Other notable features could include a side-mounted fingerprint reader, 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, USB Type-C port, and a 4,500mAh battery.
Last but not least, we have the Galaxy smartwatches – Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch Active 4. These smartwatches will run WearOS that Google and Samsung are jointly developing. They would also run One UI on top of WearOS and have a 5nm Exynos processor. These smartwatches could feature an accelerometer, a barometer, a gyro, a heart rate monitor, ECG, IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, NFC, and wireless charging.
