Pertoy’s download – Microsoft tool collection
Download of the preview (version 0.92) for the newly raised Microsoft Poweroys with many useful helpers for Windows 10/11. Microsoft has revived the well-known Poweroys from Windows 95 times. The first edition started in 2001, now there is a revival.
The development team is now working again to provide various small applications as Poweroys collection for Windows 10 and Windows 11. The whole thing is managed as an open source project at Github and already offers a lot of exciting as a preview.
ARM64 support planned
Only X64 systems are supported, ARM64 support is planned. In order to be able to carry out Pertoys, the minimum requirement is the Windows 10 V1903 (18362) or higher. The Pertoys should enable more individual workflows and more efficiency in processing with the Windows shell. Therefore, there are a few practical everyday aids, such as power names, shortcut and fancyzones.
The tools can do that
Users can easily rename users in large quantities. Shortcut serves as a guide for keyboard shortcuts. Fancyzones is a window manager with which you can create your layouts for the ideal window arrangement. Keyboard Remapper and Pertoy’s Run have been added.

Pertoy’s run is a clever launcher with which you can start applications using keyboard shortcuts and change applications. To do this, you start Pertoy’s run with the keyboard keyboard and space button and enter the term or the terms you are looking for in the search field – the tool complements the entries and shows possible results from which you can select or refine it with further input.
The Keyboard Remapper complements this, because with its help, hotkeys and keyboard commands can be individually changed. Further tools are to be added gradually. How to install the beta version: We provide the youngest installer (Setup Wizard) for the Poweroys. After the download, the Poweroyssetup-0.xxx.msi file is carried out. The installer leads through all further steps, for example in the election to the installation location and for the necessary shares. However, you need for the tool collection .Net core. The program can then be used. When completing the setup, you can also choose whether you want to create a shortcut for the Pertoys.
