It is anticipated that Vivo will unveil its first clamshell foldable smartphone i.e., Vivo X Flip any time this month. However, there is no exact date for this. Just before the launch, several official images of the smartphones appeared.

In reality, the smartphone emerges quite appealing as to the sketches. It features a large cover display that appears to be the same as the one presented with Motorola Razr 2022. Depending the phone is folded or unfolded, a circular camera island is visible on the panel. It is anticipated that the smartphone will come in three different colors. These are black and gold in addition to the purple color shown in the images. It seems to be quite thin when unfolding.

The images have surfaced on Weibo as well. Besides this, the company has assured about a launch event for the Vivo X Flip in the following month. However, the exact date is unknown. In addition to this, it is anticipated that the company will release the Vivo X Fold 2 and the Vivo Pad 2 in April. All three devices are expected to be unveiled at around the same time in China. Whether or not these devices will be released outside of China is unspecified. Since the company didn’t release the Vivo X Fold and Vivo X Fold+ internationally.

Well, some features of the upcoming smartphone have been confirmed officially while some others were shared via leaked details. Recently, the name of the device was confirmed. The smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. It will feature a 50MP main camera with OIS. The main display will feature a 32MP camera.

Furthermore, it is anticipated that the device will be accompanied by a 4,400mAh battery with 44W wired charging support. It could come with Android 13 out of the box. It could feature a large 6.8-inch full HD+ main display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
